Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Tracks IT Engine Inspect ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you are accepting on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Tracks IT provides web and mobile tools for engine, genset, and asset inspections, including AI-assisted analysis and reporting. Features vary by subscription tier.

Paid plans are billed per asset, per month. Pilots are free for 30 days. Failure to pay may result in suspension after a 14-day grace period.

You will not (a) reverse-engineer the Service, (b) use it to violate any law, (c) attempt to access another customer's data, or (d) upload malicious content.

You own your data. We process it on your behalf as described in our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum.

AI features (photo analysis, fault-code interpretation, decision support) are decision aids — not substitutes for qualified engineering judgment. You are responsible for final maintenance decisions.

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months.

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms. On termination, you can export your data for 30 days.

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified by email 30 days in advance.
